Pathway Learning
A Faith in Motion Education Initiative
Pathway Learning is an educational development initiative established to invest in the future of children living in underserved and host communities around the world. The program focuses on strengthening educational opportunities by supporting the construction, improvement, and sustainability of local schools that serve both local children and families rebuilding their lives in host countries.
Through Project Pathway Learning, Faith in Motion partners with community leaders, educators, and local authorities to help provide safe learning environments where children can gain the knowledge and skills needed to build stable and productive futures.
The initiative supports education in several key ways:
· School Construction and Infrastructure – Building and improving classrooms, learning spaces, sanitation facilities, and essential school infrastructure.
· Educational Resources – Providing books, learning materials, desks, and other tools that support effective teaching and learning.
· Community Investment – Working with local educators and community members to strengthen educational systems that benefit both host communities and displaced families.
· Student Support - Helping ensure children have access to education regardless of economic hardship or displacement.

A Faith in Motion Logistics & Livelihood Initiative
Overland Road is a global logistics and workforce development initiative created to provide meaningful employment opportunities while supporting local and international supply chains for economic development in regions of need.
The program focuses on creating stable and dignified livelihoods for professional drivers, logistics specialists, and transportation workers by providing work in commercial trucking, rail transport, and maritime shipping operations. Through Overland Road, individuals gain access to reliable employment while helping move critical goods that support communities, businesses, and humanitarian efforts.
Overland Road operates on the belief that transportation is the backbone of economic growth and humanitarian support. By developing logistics networks that include road freight, railway cargo, and shipping vessels, and air freight that strengthens supply chains.
A key component of the initiative is investing back into the people who make the work possible. Overland Road prioritizes:
· Fair wages and stable employment for drivers and logistics personnel
· Support programs for employees and their families, including housing and stability initiatives
· Partnerships with local industries and agricultural programs with host country governments.
Bridge Gardens
Bridge Gardens operates on the belief that agriculture can be a bridge to dignity, stability, and opportunity. By combining humanitarian outreach with sustainable farming practices, the program strengthens communities while creating pathways toward long-term economic resilience
